We always welcome new patients in our holistic dental office here in Danville, where our focus is on preventive, minimally-invasive dentistry and treating the whole person. We strive to provide you with five-star service from your very first visit through the duration of our relationship!
Your First Visit
All new patients must have a dental exam and current x-rays before we can provide further treatment. If you have a full mouth set of x-rays that are less than a year old, we may be able to use those instead of taking new ones. Just ask your previous dentist to send them over to us – or bring them in with you to your appointment.
Before your first visit, please download and complete the paperwork for new patients, then bring the forms with you.
Our office is open from 7am to 3pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; and from 10am to 7pm on Wednesdays.
If you have a dental emergency, we will do our best to respond as promptly as possible. We are available by phone 24 hours a day.
If you can’t make your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another patient. If you give us less than 48 hours’ notice, you may be charged a late cancellation/missed appointment fee.
As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company at the time we provide treatment. As insurance companies don’t attempt to cover all dental costs, it is your responsibility to pay deductibles and any balance not covered by insurance within 90 days.
If you have dental benefits through Blue Cross or Blue Shield: Note that we are NOT network providers. These companies reimburse you directly by check. Because of this, we ask that you pay for services in full at the time treatment is provided.
Fees & Payments
As each person is unique, so is each treatment plan we create, tailoring it to your needs and priorities. Because of this, it’s impossible to give a specific price for any service we offer and have it apply to everyone. There are simply too many variables.
After your examination, you will be provided a treatment plan and cost estimate for any work needed or recommended.
Payment of deductibles and patient portions are due before or at the time services are provided. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing is also available.
